Sisterhood in Success Inc.
Supporting Black Women Through Work, Leadership, and Life Transitions.
Sisterhood in Success Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to stabilizing, protecting, and advancing Black women navigating workplace challenges, leadership growth, and personal transitions.
We provide support that combines care with strategy—so Black women can move forward with clarity, dignity, and community.
Why We Exist
Black women are often expected to endure more with fewer protections.
Workplace stress is normalized.
Burnout is dismissed.
Strength is assumed instead of supported.
Sisterhood in Success Inc. exists to ensure Black women do not have to navigate these realities alone. We create pathways of support that center well-being, advocacy, and sustainable success—without hustle culture or pressure to perform resilience.
Our Programs
SisterCare
Stabilization and advocacy support for Black women experiencing workplace stress, burnout, discrimination, or major life transitions.
This program focuses on safety, clarity, and access to support—not coaching or productivity.
Support Groups & Circles
Facilitated spaces where Black women can process shared experiences, navigate transitions, and find connection in community—without pressure to “be strong.”
SisterMatch
Structured, time-bound mentorship connections designed to provide guidance, accountability, and shared experience—without overwhelm or unrealistic expectations.
Who We Serve
We support Black women who are:
Navigating workplace challenges or burnout
Holding long-term careers or advanced degrees
Experiencing leadership or life transitions
Seeking protection, clarity, and support—not pressure
If you are tired of surviving and ready to be supported with intention, you belong here.
Our Approach
We believe:
Healing happens faster in safe spaces
Support should be accessible and sustainable
Growth does not require sacrifice
Community is essential—not optional
Our work is grounded in care, clarity, and long-term well-being. This is not about doing more—it’s about being supported while you grow.
The Sisterhood Resource Library
Our Resource Library includes books and learning guides designed as educational tools to support Black women navigating work, leadership, identity, and transition.
These resources are used for reflection, facilitated discussion, and independent learning.
